What is the dess code?

You can wear costumes but NO MASKS for security reasons.

Where is the parking and entrance?

Free parking is in the Debenhams staff car park to the right of the multi storey. The entrance to the attraction is in that car park. 

Is the attraction suitable for those in a wheelchair?
Yes Standard wheelchairs should for though no problems. We went through the entire attraction with a shopping cart. 

What age is this aimed at? 

If your kids enjoy an episode of Goosebumps they will enjoy our haunt.  We are geared towards adults but all ages are welcome.

Where do we enter?

Entry via the Debenhams car park. See Contact us for images. We offer free parking at night.

I did not get my tickets via Email?

So long as the patment has been made, we will be able to confirm purchaces on the doon. Please bring your PayPal reciept as proof of purchase on the night. Our box office staff will sort this in person at the event.

Do I really have to sign a waiver?

Yes all guests enter at your own risk. Due to the nature of the event guests will sign a release of liability waiver before entry. No exceptions.
